Ater graduating with a degree in finance, I spent a number of years in manufacturing as a Financial Analyst but within a few years moved into sales. I became interested in real estate as an investment and was hooked.

Buying, Selling, and Investing in real estate quickly became a passion of mine. I left manufacturing, obtained my Real Estate License and began selling as an Agent. Within a short period of time I became a Broker specializing in homes and income producing properties.

I represent both buyers and sellers however my two areas of expertise are 1) Marketing Properties for sale and 2) Analyzing income producing properties in order to establish a cashflow based valuation for both buyers and sellers.
